How it (flux)works

At the core of Audio Flux are the circuits. Each circuit is powered by a different creative partner and an intentional set of guidelines. Creators produce and submit 3-minute audio works (fluxworks) that range from narrative to experimental, investigative to conversational, interviews to sound art, fiction to monologue, and everything in between. Commissioned and juried fluxworks are showcased online, at public listening events, and on the (forthcoming) Audio Flux Podcast.

Circuit 04: Firsts (2024)

Developed in creative partnership with writer and literary artist Jason Reynolds, the theme of Circuit 04 is Firsts. Thanks to Canadaland for supporting this Circuit.

Circuit 03: Pet Sounds (2024)

Developed in creative partnership with pet portrait artist Ben Lenovitz, the theme of Circuit 03 is Pet Sounds. Thanks to IMI for supporting this Circuit.

Circuit 02: Listening With (2024)

Circuit 01: Letting Go (2023)
